DJI Manufacturer Warranty
All DJI products purchased from NOVYX are covered by DJI manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly through DJI's support portal. For assistance initiating a warranty claim, contact our support team.
What DJI Warranty Covers
Manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use
Motor or gimbal failures not caused by crash damage
Electronic failures in flight controllers and transmission systems
Software failures that cannot be resolved through firmware updates
Dead on Arrival (DOA) units — contact us immediately upon delivery
What is NOT Covered
×Crash damage, user error, or water damage beyond IP rating
×Normal wear and tear (propeller wear, cosmetic scratches)
×Damage from using non-DJI batteries, chargers, or accessories
×Software issues resolved by firmware update
