1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Novyx website and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Product Information & Pricing

All product listings, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we are not responsible for typographical errors. Product availability is subject to stock status. Prices shown are in USD unless otherwise noted.

Wholesale pricing is available for qualified buyers meeting minimum order quantities.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. For wholesale accounts, NET-30 terms may be available upon credit approval.

Payment must be received in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Signature may be required for orders over $1,000. See our Shipping Policy for full terms.

5. Returns & Refunds

New, unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened products in like-new condition may be returned within 30 days subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom-configured products and consumables are non-returnable. See our Returns Policy for full details.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All DJI products are covered by the DJI manufacturer warranty. Novyx makes no additional warranties express or implied beyond those provided by DJI. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure products are used in compliance with applicable FAA regulations, local laws, and DJI's terms of use.

7. Export Compliance

Products purchased from Novyx are subject to US export laws and DJI distribution agreements. Products may not be resold or transferred outside of the United States or Canada without prior authorization. Buyers are responsible for compliance with import regulations in their destination country.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
