Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

New, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Opened Products

Opened products in like-new condition may be returned within 30 days. A 15% restocking fee applies.

Non-Returnable Items

Consumables (batteries, propellers), products registered to a DJI account, and products with physical damage or missing components cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. 1Contact support@novy-x.com or call (877) 299-1075 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. 2Receive your RMA number and return shipping label via email within 1 business day.
  3. 3Repack the product in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components.
  4. 4Ship the product back using the provided prepaid label.
  5. 5Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

DJI Manufacturer Warranty

All DJI products are covered by the DJI manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly through DJI's support portal or through Novyx as an authorized dealer. Warranty does not cover crash damage, water damage beyond IP rating, or cosmetic wear.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different model, contact support to arrange a return and reorder. We recommend confirming availability of the replacement before shipping your return.

For DOA (Dead on Arrival) units, we will expedite a replacement and provide a prepaid return label for the defective unit.
